Activities

Day 1

Cape Town Arrival - Dinner only

Company representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the Hotel. Accommodations at President Hotel or equivalent. Check-in after 2pm only. Note: To those arriving early, there are restrooms and restaurants available at the hotel.

Day 2

Full day tour - Cape Town - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at the Hotel. Private full day Table Mountain, Robin Island cruise (weather permitting) or Sunset cruise, city tour, and then V&A water front tour. Light lunch at local restaurant. Note: Buffet dinner with desserts at the hotel or dinner at water front.

Day 3

Full day tour - Cape Town - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at the Hotel. Full day Cape Peninsula Tour. Seal Island Cruise (weather permitting), Cape of Good Hope, Chapman’s Peak drive (weather permitting), Funicular, Cape point, Penguin world, Mineral World (gem stone factory). Lunch at Local Restaurant: Enjoy Cape Town fish menu. Dinner at President Hotel.
Day 4

Fly- Cape Town to Victoria falls airport (Zimbabwe) OR Instead, you may also fly to Livingstone (Zambia)- depending on the day and flights

Breakfast, Lunch in flight, Dinner at Hotel. Fly to Zimbabwe or Zambia airport & transfer to hotel in Livingstone. (You must buy KAZA VISA at airport $50) Hotel Avani is situated in the Falls. The back yard of the Hotel is the falls. You have free access to the falls any time. There are zebras and giraffe strolling around the hotel compound. Visit to Victoria Falls in the afternoon. Note: Enjoy the majestic falls and get wet from the spray of the falls (carry a poncho).
Day 5

Day trip to Chobe - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at hotel. Pick up at 7am - Full day trip to Chobe (Wild Life Reserve), Botswana, Note: Chobe trip includes pick up from hotel, full day Safari, lunch, river cruise in Chobe. Overnight back at hotel and dinner.
Day 6

Fly back to Johannesburg - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Take a walk to the Victoria Falls during the morning again. Check out and transfer to the airport for return flight to Johannesburg airport (JNB). Lunch in the flight. Flea market shopping (depends on timing) and check in at Holiday inn or similar. Dinner at Hotel.
Day 7

Bus Drive to Kruger National Park - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

After breakfast, travel to Kruger National Park (6 hrs by bus - 550 km). Packed lunch on route. Check in for overnight at Skukuza. Rest Camp inside Kruger National Park. Note: Typical round African cottages with air-condition, towels, soap, fridge, cutlery. Dinner is at the camp Restaurant. Note: After dinner enjoy a 2-hour, NIGHT SAFARI (8 to 10pm) inside Kruger National Park with the Park Rangers in open vehicle. (This is allowed only for those staying inside the park.) Enjoy the night sleep with the sound of wild animals close to the nature.

Day 8

Full day game drive Kruger National Park - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Early morning game drive - 6am to 8 am (free but optional). Back to the camp for breakfast 8am to 9am. 9 am - Scheduled full day game drive in Kruger by experienced rangers in open vehicle. Salad lunch in the park on road at another camp. Dinner: Private sit-down Bomma with barbeque and camp fire & African traditional dance, interactive. Overnight at Skukuza Rest Camp.
Day 9

Drive back To Johannesburg, through scenic route - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at the camp. Leave at 9am – for Sightseeing trip back to Johannesburg. Pot holes, 3 roundavels, Blyde River Canyon, Gods window (650 km drive). Check in for overnight at Johannesburg Hotel- 4 star.
Day 10

Day tour Johannesburg - (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Breakfast at Hotel. Day tour Johannesburg - Cradle of human kind, Lesedi- cultural village walking tour. Note: There are several African tribes exhibiting their culture. Tour ends with a grand show for the visitors at the village. Lunch at Lion Park, Lion Park tour. (Park has white lions). Back to hotel @5pm. Dinner- At Carnivore Restaurant at 7pm. Note: Dinner with FIVE game meats (crocodile, zebra, kudu, eland, ostrich, buck) unlimited in quantity. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11

Half day tour Johannesburg then go to Johannesburg airport for departure (ORD)

After breakfast, check outat 9 am. Apartheid Museum – explore the history of South Africa and Nelson Mandela’s life in the museum. Mine tour- A guided tour inside an old deep underground gold mine in small batches. Late lunch. Drop off to Airport at 5 pm.
